The materials are characterized by manufacturing processes which include: Blending coarse silicon carbide with M-Si pressing or casting the mix to the final shape, and firing the green body at high temperature under Nitrogen to make the material SiC to be bonded by Si3N4 which makes the final product with higher strength and anti-alkali corrosion.
