TAZ Insulation Brick

TAZ bricks  to be divided into  different grade and  which are made by the high purified alumina and Zirconia  bubble as the main raw materials with  special additional agent micro powder and fired by shuttle kiln at higher temperature 1700-1800oC .  The careful procedure endued them excellent properties                                                                                      

1.   Light weight but good insulation ， which could be make the heat loss as the working line of Kilns and furnaces

2.  Good shock resistance , it is suitable for shuttle kilns which are  start or stop producing requently .                       

3. Less shrinkage, this can ensure you the overall stability of your kilns .                                                         

4. Higher refractories under Load:                                                                                                                       

All these make them could be applied at higher temperature  and used as the working line at kind of  industrial kilns.
